She didn’t even say anything before she casted her vote. This was an important decision and she sat silent and voted (as agreed with Quinn) to quash the amendment for a PUBLIC referendum. Vote Lappin out. She has no integrity and was part of this FIX vote. Now most of these council members will run unopposed and will end up with a life long pension at tax payers’ expense. Lappin is the same one who voted herself a 25% raise even though their jobs are part time. SHAME

Yes, consistent with her betrayal or NYC interest for her own interest. She is so deep in Quinn’s that it is a shame. Quinn had the votes to pass Mayor’s bill to extend their jobs but she had Lappin and the others quash the amendment to let the people decide. Vote Lappin out.
