After being stopped for a traffic infraction while riding a bicycle, Jacek Dziduch was arrested for criminal sale of marijuana. Cops stopped Dziduch in front of 443 E. 88th Street, between York and First avenues, on Jan. 16 at 4:10 p.m. Dziduch, 33, allegedly admitted to cops that he was carrying a bag of marijuana. Officers said they found 33 glassine envelopes of pot and $415 in cash in his jacket pocket.
