Cops Chase Thief

Moises Ramos, 45, was arrested and charged with burglary after a police chase. Police said they saw Ramos entering a building on East 78th Street, between First and Second avenues, through a window with a fire escape. After he exited, police officers encountered Ramos on the roof. Cops said he fled down the fire escape and ran through several backyards. He was caught trying to enter another East 78th Street apartment building through a window. Ramos was found in possession of a DVD player, television, iPod, laptop, credit cards and jewelry, according to police.
