R&B Star John Legend Sings for Saujani

R&B superstar John Legend will perform at a private fundraiser for Reshma Saujani, Rep. Carolyn Maloney’s primary challenger, June 3.

In a letter to her supporters, Saujani is raising money from the event by offering a chance to win tickets by donating $14 (she is running in New York’s 14th Congressional District) to her campaign. The winner gets to attend the concert and meet the six-time Grammy Award-winning singer. Those that enter will have better chances at winning by soliciting additional $14 donations through social networking sites and making campaign phone calls.
