Worst Hangover

A drunk man was hit in the head with a chair at a diner July 16 when he mouthed off to the wrong guy. At 1:45 a.m. in a diner on 1715 Second Ave. and East 89th Street, the night manager told police that a customer was drunk and loudly complaining about the service. Another customer said, “Why don’t you shut up?” The drunken man, a 24-year-old who lives on Third Avenue and East 91st Street, confronted the perturbed customer, who walloped him in the head with the seat. The man fled with a woman, but he was caught on camera and left a receipt.
