Teen Arrested for Stealing Soda

a 17-year-old male was arrested oct. 24 after he was accused of stealing a can of soda from a cart on the northeast corner of broadway and west 60th street. police said at 4:30 a.m., the owner of the food cart, a 30-year-old brooklyn man, came out onto the sidewalk to get the soda back. another teenager who was with the soda-drinking teen punched the vendor in the face. both teens fled.
